FERODO expands its braking range by launching the first brake fluid formulated for hybrid and electric vehicles

FERODO, a preferred partner of car manufacturers in the development of premium friction products for over 100 years, introduced the first brake fluid specifically formulated to meet the exclusive needs of hybrid and electric vehicles . The braking system requirements of hybrid and electric vehicles are different from those of their counterparts powered by a conventional powertrain. To absorb this additional stress, VHE models require an advanced brake fluid with high wet and dry boiling points.

- High wet boiling point (184°C)
- Increased corrosion resistance
- Reduced conductivity
- Low viscosity (according to ISO 4926 Class 6)
- Meets and exceeds DOT 3, 4, 5.1 and 4LV specifications
