ORECA Store allows you to exchange or refund of an item if you aren't satisfied*.
To request an exchange or a return, please fill out the return authorization number request form. Our customer service team will then give you an authorization number, required for all returns. In order to access the form, please click here: I'd like to contact the after-sales service and follow the instructions.
Important: The legal delay to return an item is 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in new condition, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
If you request an exchange, we will supply a similar or identical item depending on availability. If we cannot provide a satisfactory exchange, we will refund your purchase.
In case of a refund request, it will be made immediately on the payment method used for your order, upon acceptance of the return receipt not our after-sales service.
ORECA Store unfortunately cannot accept any items returned without a return authorization number.
