CL BRAKES RC8R Front Brake Pads for Renault Clio II RS or Megane I
If you're looking for the shortest possible stopping distance without locking your wheels, CL Brakes' RC8R compound is for you. Its incredibly high friction coefficient (0.60) and the signature CL Brakes initial bite have made it the compound of choice for top-tier motorsports like WRC, WTCC, ZA V8, NASCAR and more. The RC8R pad uses the same compound as the RC8, but with an innovative grooved pattern across the back of the pads for even more efficient heat management.
Average friction coefficient of 0.6. Requires use with a top-quality brake fluid bleed your brake system regularly.
Bedding in procedure: No particular bedding in necessary, thanks to CL Brakes' high metal content. For use with new discs, let the system temperature rise gradually. For use with bedded-in discs, perform a few moderately hard stops.
Composition: Sintered metal, mainly graphite, ceramic, iron, copper and bronze. Free of lead, asbestos and nickel (CL Brakes patented NoNiTech technology) to protect the planet.
