ITG Maxogen Intake Kit designed for Ford Fiesta 1.5 ST 200 (Mk7)

This ITG intake kit is designed to ensure maximum airflow. For the first time, ITG offers two filter options for this Maxogen kit:
- a Maxogen TriFoam filter
- a new Maxogen pleated cotton filter with a protective foam sock for optimum performance and filtration.

During product development and successive dyno runs, an average power increase of 8hp and 4Nm of torque with the ITG Maxogen Pleated Cotton Kit was observed, compared to the very restrictive original intake configuration. The above figures were recorded on a car in the stock configuration, however after ECU tuning it is possible to go for an additional gain.

Finally, a complex Zircotec-coated heat shield has enabled lower intake temperatures to be achieved compared to the original airbox configuration which is prone to thermal soak. This increases turbo efficiency and throttle response, while generating a greater intake sound. The result of collaboration in F1 and WRC, Zircotec technology further enhances the benefits of Maxogen intake kits.
