Sale of AP Racing master cylinders

Find the complete range of AP Racing master cylinders in stock or on order on Oreca-Store.com. Parts designed for performance that will allow you to improve your braking system.

What are master cylinders for?

When the rider presses the brake pedal, it propels brake fluid throughout the vehicle's braking system. The role of this fluid is to communicate the braking power required to the brake calipers so that the calipers can in turn tighten and bring the brake pads and discs into contact. This contact will cause friction which will slow down the rotation of the discs and by extension that of the wheels.

The master cylinder plays a role at the very beginning of this sequence of actions, when the driver presses the brake pedal. It is responsible for delivering the right amount of brake fluid at the right pressure so that the braking is precise and corresponds to the driver's braking demand.

Why install AP Racing master cylinders?

In racing, whether in rallying or on the track, braking must be ultra-precise and reactive so that the driver can optimise his trajectories and improve his performance. Opting for a master cylinder adapted to sporting use, as is the case with AP Racing master cylinders, can enable you to gain in precision and reactivity and therefore improve your performance while enhancing your safety.
