This high-precision sensor is designed to measure the absolute pressure and temperature of fuel in direct injection systems. It is based on a steel diaphragm whose deformation is detected by strain gauges connected to a Wheatstone bridge. The signal obtained, directly proportional to the pressure, is then processed by a specific integrated circuit. The temperature is measured via an NTC thermistor. Its compact design and the integration of both measurements in a single housing make it an ideal solution to optimize the performance and efficiency of direct injection engines.
