The B16 PSS9 threaded handsets have a 9-position compression/expansion adjustment system, from 1 firmest to 9 softest.
In a jiffy, without tools, without disassembling anything, you adjust the shock absorber to your ride. Simply set the adjustment wheel to the desired position. The combination of adjustable ride height, adjustable spring preload and 9 actual damping curves gives every rider the opportunity to optimize their suspension.
