The power cable is an essential accessory if you want to power your camera from your vehicle's 12V system and not have to worry about its battery level.
Use the 3.5mm female jack connection to retrieve audio from your in-car intercom system (an additional cable may be required depending on your radio/intercom).

Please note: This power cable is not required if you are connecting the SmartyCam to a recorder or dashboard as power will be supplied to the camera via the CAN connection.
