UNIBAL Spherical bearing self-lubricated standard Uniflon
Unibal bearings have acquired an extraordinary reputation in motor racing thanks to their exceptional quality and longevity.
Their design, derived directly from the aerospace industry, has made these spherical plain bearings a benchmark in the field of running gear, with very low operating clearances, unfailing durability and very high strength.
Les rotules série "Uniflon" ne nécessitent aucun entretien grâce à leur surface de friction en PTFE.
Features:
- Unibal range: competition.
- Bearing type: spherical.
- Lubrification: maintenance-free on PTFE (Teflon) liner.
- Material: Steel.
For the full range dimensions and static loads, see the table in photo 2.
Unibal bearings are tested until the material is deformed, and not until the material breaks like most competitors.
So a static load of 2400 DaN on a competitor's bearing is roughly equivalent to a static load of 2000 DaN on a Unibal bearing.
