Turbosmart Big Bubba Spring 0.41 bar – Purple/Green

The Big Bubba is the largest-piston dump valve in the Turbosmart range outside of RacePort/ProPort/PowerPort, with a 50.8 mm (2-inch) piston and a supported capacity above 800 hp. It builds on the proven BOV5 design, scaled up to meet the needs of engines boosted by positive-displacement or centrifugal superchargers and large turbo-diesels, which demand more flow than a standard BOV5 can provide. Aluminum V-band construction, no-removal cap-adjustable preload, and 4 spring options covering 7 to 21 inHg of opening pressure: the Big Bubba is reserved for serious builds, not an ordinary road car.

Replacement spring (Purple/Green code, ≈12 inHg / 0.41 bar) for Turbosmart Big Bubba dump valves. It sets the piston preload and the valve's opening threshold.

Intermediate rate suited to moderate boost. Choose based on your idle vacuum and boost level for a clean close and crisp response.
