REVOTEC Self sealing fitting Hose Take Off Kit for ID Hose Aluminium

Engineered to solve the problem of teeing into water and air hoses. This unique
design forms a perfect seal and will even work on semi rigid plastic and metal.
The Revotec Self Sealing Fitting forms a perfect seal by compressing
the material between a unique insert and matching sealing washer.
Only a small amount of tightening is required.
Each kit is supplied with a hole punch which creates a perfect sized hole
in rubber or silicone hoses.
An ‘O’ ring is included if the fitting is being used on semi rigid material or metal.

Each kit is supplied with the following :

- A Hole Punch
- A Self Sealing Insert
- A Self Sealing Washer
- A Threaded Hose Tail or Nut
- An ‘O’ Ring

Using the supplied hole punch, a hole of exactly the right size is made in the
hose requiring a take-off or outlet. A threaded insert is then positioned with a
matching sealing washer above, a barbed outlet or nut (if it is a threaded outlet)
is then used to compress the two, forming a perfect seal.
On hard or semi rigid materials an “O” Ring (also included) is used on the insert.
