BRANTZ Pulse generator interface for electronic meters

The three plug connectors on the right side of the unit are color-coded to match the wires inside the GREY cable from the Brantz meter.
The single pushbutton on the connector on the left side of the interface responds to digital pulses from the vehicle floor. Confirm their suitability with a voltmeter before connecting the vehicle's pulse wire interface. Low signal = less than one volt, high signal is greater than 4 volts positive with respect to ground.
Analog sources are not suitable. Check that the signal occurs at very low speeds as well as at normal driving speeds.
