Turbosmart BOV Controller Kit with Big Bubba Sonic – Sleeper

The BOV Controller is a Turbosmart electronic unit designed for diesel engines and gasoline engines with low or no intake vacuum, on which a conventional pneumatic dump valve cannot open properly. It has no inherent power limit of its own: its capacity depends on the valve it's paired with in the kit (Kompact Supersonic, RacePort, or Big Bubba depending on the version), covering a range from around 400 hp to over 800 hp. It monitors accelerator pedal position in real time and electrically triggers valve opening via a dedicated solenoid as soon as the driver suddenly lifts off the throttle. Supplied as a kit with solenoid, compatible valve, and all necessary wiring and connectors. Installation is reserved for experienced installers (wiring and/or fabrication required).

Kit pairing the Turbosmart electronic control unit (BOV Controller) with a Big Bubba Sonic (50.8 mm) atmospheric dump valve, Sleeper finish. The ideal solution for giving voice to a big diesel or performance engine with no usable vacuum signal.

The unit reads accelerator pedal input and energizes a solenoid to open the valve; sensitivity and duration are adjustable. The kit includes the controller, solenoid, cables, hoses, and the Big Bubba Sonic valve.
