8-channel electrical distribution panel (PDP) - retro version
The CARTEK Power Distribution Panel (PDP) is an innovative solution for power management in racing cars. Designed to replace traditional fuses, relays and switches, it optimises wiring, reduces weight and improves the reliability of the electrical system.
How it works :
The panel is directly supplied with 12V by the battery and redistributes this current to all the vehicle's electrical systems. Its 8 or 16 (depending on the model) power outlets are controlled via controls on the front of the box.
Selectable functions :
Momentary action (e.g. starter, windscreen washer pump)
Locking: with memory, without memory or with timer (e.g. heated screen)
Flashing (e.g. indicators)
Switching (e.g. low beam/high beam)
Momentary action at 0V (used as an ordinary switch for ECU cards, etc.)
